I have spacious double rooms to rent to backpackers and travellers.
I am always happy to practice my English and to give advice on nice places to visit in town. You will find neither pets nor bugs at my place.
My place is located within 5 min of walking from Electrozavodskaya metro station (blue line–3 stops 10 min by metro from Red Square). Location is also convenient, if you need to take your TransSiberian or St.Petersburg train, as it takes 5 min only to get to the staion by local train. I rent dbl rooms, spacious( 20 square meters), quite, cosy and clean with high ceiling, in 9 storey Stalin epoch building 48 eur per night for 2 people. When goes like sngl the price remains the same 48 eur. Breakfast is not included ( you may take it in one of cafes close to metro station, or prepare it on your own I dont mind people cooking).
Max availability 5 places. One room has a sngl bed and dbl bed, so it can sleep 3 people. The price of tpl room is 69 eur. Washing machine and satellite TV, tea-sessions 5 times a day, sparkling cleanness.
(Attn! I dont rent the whole apartment, just 2 dbl rooms, third room i occupy myself)
